What data we collect

This website uses no profiling cookies and no third-party analytics tools. There are no fonts, maps, videos or scripts loaded from external domains.

The only personal data we process are those entered voluntarily in the form on the page Contact: name and surname, company or institution, email address, telephone number where given, area of interest and the content of the message.

Purpose and legal basis

The data are processed solely to answer the enquiry sent and for any subsequent contact connected with it. The legal basis is the consent given at the moment the form is submitted and the performance of pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject (art. 6(1)(a) and (b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

How the message is sent and who processes the data

The contact form relies on the service Web3Forms, operated by Web3Creative, based in India (competent court: Palakkad, Kerala). The service receives the data entered in the form and delivers them to our email address, acting as data processor under art. 28 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the basis of the data processing agreement referred to in its own terms of service and published at web3forms.com/dpa. According to the supplier's documentation the messages are stored on Amazon Web Services infrastructure, encrypted at rest, and automatically deleted within three years of being sent.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, a service of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107 (United States), which processes the technical connection data needed to serve the pages and acts as data processor on the basis of its own Data Processing Addendum.

Transfers of data outside the European Union

Both suppliers are based outside the European Economic Area. Transfers take place on the basis of the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission, referred to in their respective data processing agreements; Cloudflare also declares its adherence to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. On written request we provide a copy of the documentation relating to these transfers.

Retention

Messages are kept for as long as is needed to handle the enquiry and, where a professional relationship arises from it, for the period required by law. After that period they are deleted. On the form supplier's systems automatic deletion takes place in any case within three years of sending, as stated above.

Rights of the data subject

At any time you may request access to your data, their rectification, their erasure, the restriction of processing, portability, and you may withdraw the consent given and lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority. It is enough to write to info@consenso.it.

Cookies

The site installs no cookies of its own and none from third parties. There is therefore no consent banner. Should measurement tools be introduced in the future, this notice will be updated and the banner activated before they are installed.
